It was an honor meeting the founder of the non-profit The Forgotten International (TFI) and USF Adjunct Professor of Law, Professor Thomas Nazario on March 16, 2018. I learned about his work which spans over nine countries as he explained how they try to alleviate poverty by working with grassroots organizations. TFI focuses on those caught in the cycle of extreme poverty, those who have been largely “forgotten” by the rest of the world. WIN is hopeful to be working with TFI during our 4th trip back to Nepal in June 2018.
